Sir, what are the legal obligations when transferring a vehicle from my father's name to me? I was told there are some complications as compared to transferring from a third party to my name with no relation. Can you please shine some light on it?

Sir, can we do something about the roads in Manipal? Especially, near TC and other major junctions? We find it very difficult to commute and have witnessed numerous accidents because of the pathetic condition of roads. Could you please help us communicate with the right authorities to find a permanent solution to the issue or tell us how to go about it?
ReplyDeleteI had bought a loaf of bread from more. Even though it was not over its expiry date, the bread was spoiled and I bought it without checking it thoroughly. I opened the bread the next and discovered this, still not over the expiry date. And the more has neglected the issue saying "once sold, nothing cannot be done". What can I do about it?
ReplyDeleteWe have a family issue regarding the the property, actually the case is the property is in the name of the other person and we use it for a quite long time , it was a joint family,now the issues have started to divide the property and as they have the property on their name they r claiming a huge amount of money to transfer the property ,and at the beginning when the property was taken it was not properly thought on whose name the property should be bought ,so it was taken on random family member name and it was used by all the family members now he is claiming to pay the estimated amount to him or else clear the place , how this situation can be handled legally ?

It is a government land which in the times of indira gandhi declared as to be given to the owner who is harvesting.but still its not transfered to my fathers name. So how can we proceed?
ReplyDeleteSir, snapdeal has its own money payment mode called free charge, there are some issues with the portal. After purchasing item on the online portal due to unsatisfactory of the item I returned, money is accounted in the free charge account. The free charge account has verification process of number identification. Here, I am no longer using registered number for the account. So I am denied to transfer money in my account. When contacted with the customer service they sent a mail that for every account has only one number so I cannot access,but the registered email id is the same still because of the number I am not allowed to access the Amount which I have in my balance of free charge, tried to click on the account details I am not accessed or even the option for forgot password is not working as the verification number goes to the registered number. I tried ways to contact, sent mails. I am not able to access my own account and transfer amount to my bank. Sir please help and guide.
ReplyDeleteThe toll gate at Suratkal was opposed by the people who commute from Udupi. Despite this, It was allowed to collect toll following a court order despite some technicalities being flouted. The quality of construction having being compromised, the road is in very bad shape and yet people are forced to pay toll. Armed with a toll ticket and photos as proof, is it possible to force the Court to reconsider their order? Right now people are being forced to pay toll on the only route that connects Udupi to Mlore and that too for a road that is in a miserable condition. What justification can the state government of Karnataka give for its ridiculously high road taxes when they can't even provide vital infrastructure to it's legitimate taxpayers free of charge? Can the state government also be pulled up and forced to take cognizance of the issue?

2. And my signature is very simple. I am planning to change my signature. What are all the procedure that I have to go to change my signature.
It is regarding a fire accident happened in my home. Three months back a cylinder which has been kept on the out-house blasted suddenly which destructed the whole building. It was not use that timev it was a sealed one. When the incident happened nobody was there in home therefore no casualties. When it happened all the neighbors came and did the needful and later we came to know. After we informed police and they came for verification and tge gas agency people and the insurance company authority came for verification. But then when we claimed for the compensation amount,the company has declined saying no fire force came and later,after some discussions they took some time period and when we enquired again they said they are going to close the case since we have not submitted the forensic report which we weren't aware or informed about. And they are saying some invalid assumption which they have behind the incident

In our hostels there is no proper maintenance. There has been leakage problem in our wash room. It's been one month and there has been no action taken properly. The maintenance worker just looks from where the water is leaking and goes away telling he will be back next day. Is there any other way to tackle this problem?

Sir,if a land has to be divided after the owner has deceased who hasn't made a will and is divided without the consent of one of the heirs,can he/she file a suit against the rest?
ReplyDeleteWe have to see first whether it is a ancestor property or absolute property. If a person has a right in it he can file a suit to set aside that division. He can always claim his right.

It's a inter state business.and after making the business 3 years back , he never gives me the money back which is in the bill. Saying that he doesn't have the sufficient amount in his hand . DeleteSir is there any possibility of repairing the manipal road .the one in front of madhava kripa school. I do come by walk from that stop till som. I literally have to close my face while crossing that road . If one bus passes by then we literally cannot see the road , it will be fully covered with dust ..because of this many are facing health issues . The first time I am facing a dust allergy problem. Am coughing continously since one week..

In our college hostel wardrobes and room there is no proper maintenance. There are so many small insects and worms crawling in the wall near my bed. No wonder how many times I wash my clothes and use moisture absorbent material in my wardrobe still my clothes get fungus. I believe there is lack of maintenance. Please help us how can we tackle this

ReplyDeleteWhen I applied to the university hostel, I was shown a certain picture of the room. Based on which I selected the room. But, when I was assigned the room it is smaller than the rest of the rooms and I have paid the same amount as the rest of them.
How can I claim for my rights? As this seems unfair to me and due to certain issues the university is not willing to accommodate my request for a change.
How can I make an amicable agreement here?

The person who is proving me loan is rejecting my hostel facility even after giving him the fee structure from the college saying that he will have lots of paper works now. I have visited him many times for this problem and he even got rude on me once. What is to be done for this?

Sir,regarding the murder of Shashi Tharoor's wife that case is still pending from many years and weather Shashi Tharoor is liable for this murder.there are allegations sayin that instead of contacting the ambulance he called his friend and a fake medical report was given but instead she was beaten up brutally ,I wanted to know weather Shashi Tharoor is to be blamed for this?on what grounds she can get justice.
