Dr. Navin Kumar
koodamara currently working as an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) at
Manipal Institute of Management, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal,
Udupi, India. He has more than 12 years of teaching with research experience
and his area of expertise includes the law of medicine, legal aspects of
healthcare, human resource management, labor laws, and other legal aspects of
the business. He has published many research papers in national and
international journals in the area of ethical behavior, employee engagement,
employee turnover intentions, euthanasia, and medical negligence. One of the
recent publication includes the research paper titled “Big Five personality
traits and ethical climate: A test of antecedents of unethical behavior” was
published in the journal of education for business. He joined the ninth IIER
international conference held in Bangkok, Thailand on 7th, Feb 2015 as a
technical session chair and invited speaker. He is also the editorial team
member of the Journal of Review of behavioral aspects in organizations and
society. He has done his Bachelors of
commerce from St. Philomena College, Puttur in 2003 and bachelor of law from
Vivekananda Law College in the year 2006. He obtained his Master’s degree in
Business Administration from Srinivas Institute of Management Studies,
Mangalore in the year 2008 and Masters in Commerce from Kuvempu University in
the year 2013. In the year 2012, he Qualified the UGC-National Eligibility Test
(NET) for lectureship in the subject of Management. He has completed
his Ph.D. degree in Management on the topic ``Role of Perceived
Organizational Support and Perceived Organizational Justice on Employee
Turnover Intentions with the Mediating Effect of Employee Engagement``, at
Tumkur University, Tumkur in the year 2018.
